How to Connect Your AI Agent to GitHub, Notion, and Todoist

Here’s how to set up three of the most popular integrations.

How skills work

OpenClaw has a skill marketplace called ClawHub with 13,700+ skills. Each skill gives your agent a new capability. Installing one takes about 30 seconds.

You can install skills by asking your agent directly in chat:

Or browse available skills from your dashboard’s Skills tab.

GitHub: manage repos from chat

The GitHub skill lets your agent create issues, review pull requests, manage repos, and search code — all from a Telegram message or web chat.

Setup:

1. Go to github.com/settings/tokens
2. Click Generate new token (classic). Classic tokens work best — fine-grained tokens can break cross-repo operations.
3. Select scopes: repo, read:org, read:user
4. Copy the token
5. In your PolymathClaw dashboard, go to the Integrations tab and add GITHUB_TOKEN with your token value
6. Ask your agent: “Install the GitHub skill”

What you can do:

• “Create an issue in myrepo: fix the login bug”
• “Show me open PRs in myrepo”
• “Search my repos for files mentioning authentication”

Notion: your agent reads and writes your workspace

With the Notion skill, your agent can search your pages, create new ones, update databases, and pull information from your workspace.

Setup:

1. Go to notion.so/my-integrations
2. Click New integration, give it a name, and select your workspace
3. Copy the Internal Integration Token
4. In Notion, share the pages/databases you want the agent to access with your integration
5. In your PolymathClaw dashboard, go to the Integrations tab and add NOTION_API_KEY with your token
6. Ask your agent: “Install the Notion skill”

What you can do:

• “Find my meeting notes from last week in Notion”
• “Create a new page in my Projects database with title ‘Q2 Planning’”
• “Update the status of ‘Website Redesign’ to ‘In Progress’”
• “Summarize everything in my ‘Research’ page”

Todoist: task management through conversation

The Todoist skill turns your AI agent into a task manager. Add tasks, check what’s due, complete items — all by chatting.

Setup:

1. Go to app.todoist.com/app/settings/integrations/developer
2. Copy your API token
3. In your PolymathClaw dashboard, go to the Integrations tab and add TODOIST_API_KEY with your token
4. Ask your agent: “Install the Todoist skill”

What you can do:

• “Add a task: review the Q2 report by Friday”
• “What’s due today?”
• “Mark ‘send invoice’ as complete”
• “Show all tasks in my Work project”
